Floating on my Floatie!
Always giving thanks to God, the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Ephesians 5:20
Giving Thanks to God! Not a demanding thing to do as I relax in my pool, floating in my floatie, a perfect day. Life is Good! Which got me contemplating, who makes life good? Yes, it is our Lord and Saviour! The warmth of the sun reminded me of Christ’s love for me, for you, and all mankind. Jesus came down to earth to save all those who believe in His name. He sacrificed His life that I may have life eternally with Him in heaven. THANK YOU GOD!
A cooling breeze swept over me which reminded me of another God given gift – the Holy Spirit. The day we are baptized into the family of God! We are given the Holy Spirit that guides us, strengthens us, and keeps us in the one true faith. THANK YOU GOD!
Birds are singing, rabbits are hopping by deer are sauntering through the yard, the garden is bountiful with lettuce, beans, peas, and I can see, smell, hear and move my body to enjoy these gifts of creation. Our Creator and Father has made all to our betterment. THANK YOU GOD!
Everything is not always good. Satan and sin spoiled that perfect creation but even in the not so perfect life, I am certain of this! God will bring me through because of His precious Son Jesus Christ, who sacrificed His life so I can “Float on my Floatie!” – “Always giving thanks to God, the Father for everything, in the name of Lord Jesus Christ.” Ephesians 5:20
