Our next MITES IN ACTION webinar will be on Saturday June 21, at 11:30 am EDT.

We will be highlighting the work of the Deaconesses in Cambodia. The Cambodian Lutheran Church (CLC) is a young but growing church body, nurtured through Lutheran mission efforts over the past two decades. The office of deaconess was established to meet the physical and spiritual needs of Cambodian communities. Today, deaconesses play a vital role in the Church’s outreach, working alongside pastors to bring both mercy and catechesis into homes, villages, and churches. Their service embodies the Lutheran understanding of faith in action – where works of mercy flow naturally from Christ’s love.
