The Count Down Begins

The Count Down Begins

Ecclesiastes:

“To everything, there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven.”

The day may only have 24 hours to plan but our mind never stops.

What’s for breakfast, do the kids need carpooling -when where why and how?

What meetings do I have this week, month and yearly commitments?

Groceries, cloth shopping for the family, pet care, elder care, church, PTA meetings.   How thin can I go?

Galatians 6:9

“And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.”

Our days may get daunting but he who loves us the most will refresh us in many ways…if we take the time to see his blessings.  A beautiful sunny morning, a pay it forward surprise as the car before you pay for your Timmies order, a gentle hug from your kids as they start their day. The smiles from strangers as you pass them in the grocery isles when you make eye contact. Your fellow LWMLC Ladies invite you to the meetings and offer to carpool, inform you of the Seminar, and excitedly make plans for the convention this summer and want you to go!

Romans 12:10

“Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another.”

Prayerfully consider going to Convention!  Many societies are planning fundraising events to defer costs, watching for airline sales, and waiting to learn the registration costs, the ingathering/servant events, and hotel registration deadlines and visiting the Resource Store.

Sending time together plays a critical role in our walk of faith.

The Bible repeatedly tells us of the importance of spending time with one another. Engaging in a fellowship with other ladies strengthens our spirits and is an essential part of our journey. When we gather, we share both joys and struggles, ultimately enriching our faith and understanding. So let the count down begin…
