The magazine, Tapestry, for women of Lutheran Church-Canada and their friends is published quarterly by Lutheran Women’s Missionary League–Canada (LWMLC). In it you will find stories from the mission field (both information about the work and stories from women who work in the field), personal faith journeys revealing women’s hopes, struggles, fears and celebrations, as well as studies to help you dig into God’s Word, either individually or in small groups. And you will find more as you explore the sample magazine below.
Tapestry’s stated purpose is to “weave women together in Christ.” In so doing it strives to support readers as they grow in God’s Word, serve God’s people and share God’s Son. Tapestry can also serve you in sharing the good news of Jesus with others as you tell others about the magazine’s content, perhaps even giving them a subscription as a gift.
Tapestry has been and continues to be available in regular and large print and as an audio CD. You may also subscribe to a complete digital copy.
On this page you will also find how to SUBSCRIBE, CONTRIBUTE CONTENT, PROMOTE AND ADVERTISE.
Tapestry is published quarterly with the subscription year beginning with the Fall issue. If you subscribe part way through the year you will pay the appropriate portion of the full year’s subscription to fit your renewal date into the regular cycle of renewals. FOR SUBSCRIPTION FORMS, CLICK HERE. Current subscription rates are shown on the forms.
If you enjoy Tapestry we encourage you to invite others to order it as well. Or purchase a one-year subscription as a gift.
