Giving
Giving to Lutheran Women’s Missionary League – Canada, Inc. takes many forms.
Primarily we receive Mites from society, zone, and national functions to support our Mission Grants. We also receive Special gifts that go into the LWML-Canada Inc. Gifts for Growth fund which is used to enable us to:
EQUIP, MOTIVATE, AND ENCOURAGE WOMEN to
GROW in God’s Word,
SHARE God’s Son and
SERVE God’s people
The Remittance Voucher is completed by the sender to give the LWMLC Inc. Financial Secretary direction on where you want your donation to go.

Online Through Canada Helps: Donate
A small percentage of your donation will stay with Canada Helps for processing fees.
Canada Helps will issue your Income Tax receipt after each donation is made.
Directly to LWML Canada Inc.
- E-Transfer
100% of donation is received by LWML Canada Inc. when submitting by e-transfer or cheque.
LWML Canada Inc. issues your Income Tax receipt(s) by the end of February in the year following the donation(s).

Enter reason for sending (Mites/Memorial/Honourarium etc,) in the memo or comment field.
Email copy of Remittance Voucher to financialsec@lutheranwomen.ca
- Cheque
Make Cheque payable to LWMLC Inc. and mail to LWMLC Inc. Financial Secretary with a copy of the Remittance Voucher. Mailing address is on the Remittance Voucher found here.
- Credit Card
LWMLC Inc. pays a percentage of each donation to the Credit Card Company.
LWML Canada Inc. issues your Income Tax receipt.
Email Remittance Voucher to Financial Secretary found here.
For security reasons, Do Not provide credit card information in email or on Remittance Voucher.
Financial Secretary will contact sender within 1 – 2 weeks after Remittance Voucher being received to process the Credit Card payment.
Church Offering
100% of donation is received by LWML Canada Inc.
Your Church will send all donations received to LWML Canada Inc. Financial Secretary and will issue your Income Tax receipt.
Your Church will send all donations received to LWML Canada Inc. Financial Secretary by: E-Transfer; Cheque or Credit Card payment with a completed copy of the Remittance voucher.

Society Offering
100% of donation is received by LWML Canada Inc.
LWML Canada Inc. issues your Income Tax receipt based on information provided on the Remittance Voucher sent by the Society.
Your Society will send all donations received to LWML Canada Inc. Financial Secretary by: E-Transfer; Cheque or Credit Card payment with a completed copy of the Remittance voucher.
