PAM OELKE, MEMBER DEVELOPMENT, ONTARIO DISTRICT
Pam is a member of the London Zone and president of Faith LWMLC society, London Ont. She has been married to Ed for 47 years, is mother of daughter Sarah and son Garth and grandmother of three and step-grandmother of two.
Pam is retired from Psychiatric Nursing (Registered Practical Nurse).
Born in Ottawa, she was raised in the Ottawa Valley (CFB Petawawa) and spent her early married life in New Brunswick in the St. John Valley and later in Southwestern Ontario.
Her hobbies include: reading, fishing, gardening, crafts, scrapbooking and genealogy.
Favorite Bible passage: Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?” And I said, “Here am I. Send me!” (Isaiah 6:8).
Pam’s favourite place is ther cottage on Crooked Lake, in the Ottawa Valley — “My Happy Place.” Her favourite activity is spending time with their grandchildren and meals with family and friends.
